You can visit any of our 2,000+ partner labs across the US. Labs are available nationwide, except in South Dakota and Rhode Island. You can view and search the full list of available lab locations before checkout to find the most convenient location for you.
How many lab visits are required?
A single visit is all it takes. Any add-on tests can also be done during the same appointment for convenience. In rare cases, if there are issues with the sample, a second visit may be required.
How long does the lab visit take?
The blood draw itself is quick, usually just a few minutes. Total time at the lab may vary depending on how busy it is. Scheduling an appointment can help reduce wait times.
How do I schedule my lab visit?
You can schedule your lab visit directly through your Mito Health dashboard after you've purchased and set up your account.
Where can I get the BodySpec DEXA Scan done?
BodySpec DEXA Scans are available in California, Texas, and Washington. After you purchase the scan, our team will reach out with scheduling instructions.
How do I schedule a retest?
On your dashboard, select 'Order tests'. From there, you can choose either a full retest or targeted tests recommended by the care team based on your most recent results. Alternatively, chat with Mito Concierge and we'll create a customized panel for you.
I missed my lab appointment. How do I reschedule?
Reach out to us at help@mitohealth.com and we'll guide you through the process. Alternatively, you may walk in to the lab to perform the test. Ensure you bring the Lab Order Form so the lab will know which test to perform — it can be downloaded from the Documents tab on your dashboard.
